Weekend and Evening Appointments for Your Convenience

As we put our patients first and understand that life can be busy, we also provide them with the option to have weekend and evening appointments as we understand life can be busy. Find out more about our weekend and evening appointments. 

All new patients are required to book a health check with a member of our healthcare team to ensure any required tests are up to date. And so that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking. This health check can be arranged on request through AskMyGP. 

Use the NHS App to Manage Your Appointments and Medical Records

At The Brooke Surgery, we offer easy access to the NHS app to manage appointments at our GP surgery and family medical centre. You can also order medication and access medical records.
