Health concerns do not stop outside of working hours. One of the biggest frustrations people have is how easy it is to miss contacting your GP because they are closed.
Even as clinicians ourselves, we tend to have only evenings and weekends to get health help too so we decided to give all our patients better access.
You can message us even when we are closed 365 days a year and we reply within 5 hours on weekdays. So you contact us when you are ready and not vice versa.

Do I have to leave my old GP?
Yes, you will have to switch your care to us, and you can switch back to your old GP if you wish to.
Can I see a clinician anytime?
You can contact us online 24/7 and we will respond between 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday
Do I need to switch if I am healthy?
It is always a good idea to switch so you can seek care when you need it immediately.
If you live out of Hyde. You will need to sign an out of area agreement which means you will not receive a home visit but will still benefit from our same day care and appointment system. It is not recommended to join if you are housebound or have significant mobility issues or cannot get to the surgery.
How long does registration take?
You could be registered and seen within 1 week
Can I join If I don’t live in Hyde
You can join if you live in or near Manchester, please be aware you need to be able to travel down for any face-to-face appointments. It is not recommended to join if you have mobility issues or housebound as home visits are not offered out of area
