I aways receive a very quick response to any enquiries I make, in regards to my health. I am always treated with repect and as an individual who actually matters. All the reception staff ect are always so friendly, kind and helpful. Unlike my previous bad experience another medical practice, when you speak to the reception staff, you do not feel that they are there as a barrier to you seeing a doctor or other any other professionals. The Brooke Surgery is an absolutely brilliant practice.
